Delivery Lead Time

All our products are lovingly handmade items. So, unless otherwise agreed, our lead time is estimated at:

  • 2 to 3 weeks for Corten Steel & Patina Planters
  • 8 to12 weeks for Fibreglass planters
  • 3 to 4 weeks for Powdercoated steel planters
  • within 5 working days for edging
  • 3 to 4 weeks for Water Features and Seating
  • 2 to 3 weeks for Outdoor Heating products

Pre-Weathered products could require an additional week on the lead time should the process require repeating to ensure the planter arrives in a fully pre-weathered condition.

Delivery lead times above are estimates and are the best indication of lead time as of 04/08/2025.

Click and Collect

You may collect your order from our facility:  Units 1-6 Oldbury Rd Industrial Estate, West Bromwich B70 9DD. Please make prior arrangements to ensure that your product is ready. We cannot refund any travel costs for wasted journeys to collect products that haven’t been previously arranged.

Approved Couriers

Weather It uses a network of approved couriers to deliver your order. Please ensure you give accurate contact details on checkout as our couriers will use these to contact you to coordinate delivery. If your order is large or contains large product then we will use a pallet courier.

Pallet couriers will have a tail lift to lower your delivery from the wagon to the ground. Pallet couriers are only responsible for delivering to the kerbside only.

If you’re not home to accept delivery on the arranged date, you will be charged a redelivery fee at £90 per pallet space and £40 per parcel to have your order redelivered. More information can be found in our standard terms and conditions, found here.

Weather It proudly offers free delivery across all our products to mainland UK. There are several postcodes where we are unable to offer completely free delivery at this time, these are:

Patina finish

Most of our products are intended to develop a rusty patina finish. We reserve the right to deliver the product in any stage of the patina process from raw steel to full patina. You can guarantee that your planter arrives in a full patina finish by selecting this as an option on the product page prior to adding to your basket. Note. You should unpack your products immediately on receipt. Products left packaged outside may develop an uneven or undesirable patina pattern.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Oldbury Road Industrial Estate, West Bromwich, B70 9DD.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any exchanged items will be subject to the normal delivery lead time.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
