How we powder coat our steel planters?
With the utmost care and attention, we begin by cleaning the entire steel surface, inside and out, ensuring any dirt, rust, grease or other contaminants are completely removed. We then plate the planters with electro zinc to give a robust corrosion-resistant outer layer we can apply the powder coating to.
We then cure the coating at 200°C to provide a strong, durable and long-lasting finish. Once cooled, a final inspection is conducted to ensure your planter is ready to help your flowers bloom.
