All our Moongates are made to order in our Midlands-based workshop by professional and highly trained fabricators. When your order is received by us, we begin outlining the size and measurements and then laser cut the amount of premium Corten steel needed. We utilise the latest, sophisticated computer-aided machinery to cut the sheet metal and recycle any excess Corten steel offcuts.
With expert precision, we seam-weld the pieces together, constructing your Moongate Ring into the final structure, before finishing it by treating the surface with a pre-weathering process, providing your Moongate with the iconic and stunning patina visual. All that’s left to do is deliver it straight to your door!
When will my order be delivered?
All our products are handmade with a typical lead time between three to six weeks. We will always try to deliver your items as soon as we can, however, we are dedicated to ensuring all our products are of the highest quality, made to your exact requirements. We will do all the heavy lifting and deliver your Moongate arch to your door all in a single piece from our workshop – and for a bonus – we proudly offer free UK mainland delivery across all our products.

For convenience, we can even deliver your item pre-weathered, so you can enjoy its unique look right away. We’re so confident our products will withstand the elements without the need for upkeep, that we provide extended warranties for every item.
How do I install the Moongate?
Our Moongates are specifically designed for quick and easy installation, with each order arriving in one single piece to remove the need for assembly and coming with a welded base plate to ensure the structure remains in place.
We recommend using a concrete footing of at least 200mm for every piece, with the concrete pad installed at least 10mm down if you want the bottom of the ring to be visible. Or you can opt to place the pad much lower into the ground if you want the bottom of the ring to sit below the surface, which is perfect for structures that straddle pathways.
